We promote women and youth empowerment in diverse ways including capacity building and start-ups for income-generating activities, strengthening their positions within societies by campaigning against Gender-based violence, provide internship opportunities for Univerisity and College students, etc.

We advocate and work towards equal Rights and Justice for all. We engage local, district, and national leaders at different stages on issues related to human rights and justice and we also embarked on massive awareness raising campaigns at several media platforms.

We have supported over 50 communities and 500 households in the past 5 years. Our approach includes supporting rural households with improved inputs, tools, techniques, and methods for improved yields. We further trained them on basic entrepreneurial skills and connects farmers to relevant institutions within their communities, districts and regions.
